The Noble Goose, nestled in the heart of Coggeshall, Essex, was founded in 1986 by the legendary Peter Langan of London’s iconic Langan’s Brasserie. Once a humble greengrocer’s, it has evolved into one of Essex’s most celebrated dining destinations, retaining the distinctive style and character of the original London brasserie.
Today, under the management of Blackwells and award-winning head chef James Self, we offer refined British brasserie dining with a sophisticated French twist. Proudly supporting local producers, our relaxed yet elegant approach has earned us 2 AA Rosettes.
